Stacey obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Social Science at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and her Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has owned and operated Truckee Therapy since 2010, earning additional certification as an Emotionally Focused Therapist in 2019. Stacey primarily uses Attachment Theory to help clients achieve their best life.

Johneen attended both CSU Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona, majoring in Communications. She then returned to school to learn more about careers that helped others in marginalized populations and others who were struggling with transitional times in their lives, obtaining an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies specifically focused on the Human Sciences. In that degree inclusivity, whole systems theory, and looking at life struggles through multiple lenses created the foundation for her career in Counseling. A second M.A. in Counseling Psychology led to her licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Initially licensed in Oregon in 2005, Ms. Manno did Practicums in grief and loss, including hospice work, and work with adolescents and young adults who had mental health challenges. Johneen has also taught as adjunct faculty in colleges and universities throughout her counseling career.

After completing 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and 2 combat tours in Iraq, Keith returned to Northern California and embarked on a personal mission to improve the care offered to veterans through Social Work. Keith earned his MSW in 2016 from Humboldt State University. He uses a holistic, client centered, strength-based approach, incorporating CBT, Recreation, and Mindfulness based therapies.

Sheryl earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2007. Sheryl focuses on meeting clients where they are in their growth process by encouraging, advocating and celebrating their successes along the way. Sheryl has traveled the world with her husband and also completed her yoga teacher training in Nepal. She uses a mindful approach to therapy, focusing on the innate skills and tools we each hold within to heal ourselves.

Terri completed her undergraduate work in substance abuse counseling and psychology. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Southern California in 2022. Terri approaches both therapy and assessment as healing processes, helping to answer deep-seated questions that individuals have about themselves or their relationships. She believes that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives.

Michael earned his Master's in Social Work from the University of Iowa. He has experience working with teens, adults, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community. He utilizes a strength-based approach, keeping in mind that each person is the expert on themselves and has the ability to create the positive change in their life that they seek. Therapeutic approaches are tailored to meet each individual's goals. Michael uses an integrative approach for developing personalized interventions that utilize cognitive/dialect-based techniques along with Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused, and psychodynamic theory. Michael's areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, sexuality and gender, trauma and PTSD, identity development, life transitions, and substance use disorders.

Amani completed her undergraduate work in Bio-anthropology before finishing her Master’s degree at Palo Alto University in 2021. She has worked with all ages and uses Attachment theory while incorporating elements of holistic and strength-based approaches to help clients meet their goals. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, biking, and being outdoors as much as possible.

Mariela obtained her Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada Reno. For over ten years, Mariela has worked with families and children struggling with Mental Health issues. Mariela works with clients by building warm, empathic relationships, and utilizes evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions including Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to promote positive growth. Mariela is fluent in both English and Spanish.
