I provide therapy for children, teens and adults. I specialize in addiction treatment, trauma related issues, PTSD, depression, anxiety.

The most important part of therapy for teens or therapy for preteens is the work that I do to build trust. It’s important for them to have a space where they feel like they can explain the complex emotions they are feeling without feeling judged.

I have over 6 years of experience providing counselling for addiction issues, and I love seeing a client’s transformation through the use of tools and talk therapy. I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people gain the skills and resources they need. I also offer EMDR therapy and Grief Group Therapy.

When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I help my clients, who include children, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe.
